Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance engages, equips, and empowers young people to follow Jesus and advance the Kingdom of God.
- College students get classroom learning and hands-on experience in leadership in our flagship program Josiah Project.
- Youth encounter Jesus and his power at Rock the World retreats and conferences such as “remix” in the US and Third Culture Kid events overseas.
- Young and not-so-young church leaders attend dynamic Rock the World Striking Fire Seminars to learn how to engage in ministry with young people.
- We partner with our graduates (and occasional others) to incubate new ministries. Sometimes these spin off, and some integrate into our system. Recent examples include

- Josiah Project students have the opportunity to launch fresh initiatives in mission and ministry. Most of these efforts are designed to last for a summer. Some last much longer!
- Finally, we offer the "Loving Muslims with Jesus” seminar — a respectful, winsome approach to building spiritual understanding with Muslim students and neighbors.
We have had many programs over the years that 
served their purpose well: The Student Ministry Professionals Program, Ambridge Youth Ignite, Cherry Run retreats, cross/fire, Epicenter, Three Nails, Living Stones, Pittsburgh Summer College Fellowship and others. “To everything there is a season" (Ecclesiastes 3:1), We are grateful for the thousands of young lives God changed through these programs.
We fully expect to see various programs launch, incorporate into Rock the World, or spin off to become independent, or fade into history. This is the way of all things, including God’s Kingdom: growth, fruitfulness, pruning, and more fruitfulness. Our constant from day one has been Josiah Project. This program embodies most clearly our core values and ministry strategy, and builds the core of our ministry system. Over 90% of Josiah Project graduates continue today in some role of ministry leadership. God is faithful!
Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance has consistently shaped young people by helping them make a real and positive impact on the world for the Kingdom of God. We’ve been doing this since 1989, and you can count on us to continue this today and for many tomorrows to come.
