The 
Rev. Whis Hays is the founder and current Executive Director of Rock the World Youth Mission Alliance. (His permanent title is Director Emeritus.) He has been in student ministry since 1972 as a layman and as a priest, and as both a volunteer and a professional. From 1991-2006, as part of his ministry at Rock the World he taught Youth Ministry, Evangelism, and Missions at Trinity School for Ministry, serving there as Associate Professor of Youth Ministry and Assistant Director of the Stanway Institute. Prior to his service with Rock the World, he served in parishes, summer camps and university chaplaincy. He is married to the Rev. Canon Dr. Mary Maggard Hays who has put up with him ever since they married in 1974. They have two adult children who continue to follow Jesus.
Rachel Bartels, Office Assistant & Assistant to the Secretary of the Corporation. Rachel keeps the wheels well-oiled at our Ambridge headquarters, handling various administrative tasks for the ministry. Rachel and her sister Mary run their own lawncare business as well as being honors-level students, and Rachel also serves as Treasurer of another non-profit organization. One footnote: her mother, Abby Noll Bartels, also served in a similar position at Rock the World many years ago, and before that participated in our local Living Stones ministry in the '90's.
Our part-time Bookkeeper, Rebekah Messer, is a 1099 contractor, not on staff.
