A: God told me to. He did it by showing me how much He was ready to work through young people in dynamic ways. I knew the church needed to respond to what He was actually doing, but most churches needed serious help with this -- and young people needed a credible ministry that didn't "wait until they grew up" to train them and give them a platform to make an impact for Jesus.

Q: What makes Rock the World so unique?

A: A lot of people want to reach the younger generation. A few of these also want to raise up young Christian leaders; Rock the World is actually getting it done. Well over 90% of the people we've trained in ministry leadership since 1989 are still in roles of Christian leadership today. The vast majority of these were under 25 when they went through our core training programs. And the majority of our grads continue to work together to multiply young Christian leaders. Incredible strength comes from keeping these ministry relationships connected and growing.
