Hometown: I grew up in Oklahoma City, OK

Home Church: I play bass at St. Philip's in Moon, PA, but I'm on the road a lot. There are also my friends who follow Jesus together with me.

Current Location: Live in Sewickley, PA

RTW connection: I started it. It's not my fault. The Lord made me do it.

University: Southern Methodist University. I graduated in 1972 (yikes.)

Travels Abroad: 34 countries because I count East Germany and West Germany as two countries. At the time they really were TWO countries -- West (modern) and East (almost medieval). Here on staff, Meredith says this means I've been to 33. I say she just wants to top my count. My list includes all 6 inhabited continents. If you count airports, the list of countries grows by three: Kuwait, Bahrain, and Finland.

Hopes, Dreams, and Aspirations: Along with many others in the RTW tribe, I am zeroed in on the Great Commission. I especially have a passion for helping young disciples of Jesus develop and create new ways of contagiously pursuing Him.

Fun fact: I am easy to impersonate. Also, people give me new nicknames if I don't already have one.
