WHO SHOULD ATTEND RE:MIX?

re:mix is for young people ages 14-30. In the past, we had cut off the conference at college age, but all the young adults age 22-30 who attended as volunteers or youth group leaders found re:mix relevant, challenging, and life-changing. They wanted to bring their friends! So we threw the doors open wider, and the results have been terrific!

We ask that for every 5 minors (under the age of 18) attending re:mix, at least one person over 18 attend the conference with them, to disciple them through the experience (and in case of emergencies). We have found this makes re:mix much more effective for everyone.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

re:mix 2012 costs $65 per person. This cost covers meals, and all program. If you are part of a youth group that registers to do the lock-in with Church of the Redeemer, it also includes housing. Group leaders who bring 5 or more other people get a special $50 rate. Also, you don't have to give any money to this, but we will take up an offering on Saturday evening to help the people, churches, and communities of northern Uganda that were so ravaged by Joseph Kony.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?

We also need people who can volunteer to help out at the event with band load-in and setup, sign-in tables, CD & Book Sales tables, ushering, take down afterwards, and even photography. If you have a skill that you think would be useful, or if you just want help however you can, contact us by clicking here and we'll get you plugged in.

WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE SCHEDULE?

The re:mix young adult conference runs from 5 pm Friday night to 12 noon Sunday. Click here for a sample outline of the conference schedule.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO REMIX?

Comfortable clothes (check the weather forecast!), tennis shoes, your journal, and your Bible. Also be prepared for Sunday Morning worship at the beach! If you are with a youth group registering for the lock-in, you'll need sleeping bag & pillow. Obviously, do not bring anything illegal or dangerous.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR RE:MIX?

Registration for re:mix works through this website. Click here to register. After registering online your name will be added to our lists and we will sign you in on-location the evening that re:mix begins.

CAN I SET UP AN EXHIBIT TO SHARE ABOUT MY MINISTRY AT RE:MIX?

Due to space limitations at re:mix 2012, there will not be exhibits set up this year. We will be handing out information when you check in about the ministries represented in this year's program.
